TRUWORTH is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the shortest time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only. Currently, we deliver only in India.

How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 48 hours and gets delivered within 15 business days. We dispatch orders throughout the week except on Sundays & Public Holidays. Our products comes in the category of Paints & Chemicals, therefore they can't be airlifted by our courier agency and will be transferred through the Surface-Mode, hence will take some extra time.

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Shipping Charges is Rs.100/- for all the majors cities in India.

How can I track my order?

Upon receiving your payment, you will receive an email regarding your order status. Upon dispatch of your purchase, we will mail you details regarding the courier service provider and the tracking number. This tracking/AWB/consignment number can be used to track the progress of your parcel on the courier service provider’s website. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

When do we deliver?

Currently, we have tied up with FedEx for all our deliveries. All deliveries would take place between 10 AM- 7 PM, Mon-Sat (excluding public holidays).

Are my products insured?

TRUWORTH insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by TRUWORTH and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

How can I Pay for my purchase?

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.

PayUMoney is our third party payment gateways.

Can I pay via Cash on Delivery?

No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery.

Truworth takes pride in the quality and range of products it brings to you and we’d want for you to love and use the products you buy from us and not just stock them up. Hence, we understand that there may be times when the product you buy doesn’t quite fit what you had in mind & you may wish to exchange/return it. To do so, please follow our simple returns policy below.

To cancel an order: To cancel an order, please get in touch with us at 0141-5164444 (available between 10.30 AM- 7.00 PM IST, Mon-Sat) or write to us at info@truworth.in, with your order details (item ordered, date of transaction, customer details etc.). In case, your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your payment. However, if your order has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Of Damaged Items: At Truworth, we take all possible precautions to ensure that your product reaches you intact. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you’d ordered, please report the same to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery of item. Please write to us at info@truworth.in or call us at 0141-5164444 (between 10.30 AM- 07.00 PM IST, Mon-Sat), with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours. Truworth will either refund your purchase amount or arrange for a replacement (basis availability) to be delivered to you.

To Exchange/Return An Item: In case, you’re not satisfied with any of our products, we’d be happy to exchange/return it within 7 days of delivery. Please get in touch with our customer care team at 0141-5164444 (between 10.30 AM- 07.00 PM) or write to us at info@truworth.in Please remember to mention your order details (order no., item ordered, date of delivery, date of transaction, delivery address) along with your reasons for returning the same. Post verifying your details, Truworth will arrange to have our courier agency pick up the item from you at a convenient time. For items delivered in India, we do not charge for return freight. Please ensure that the item is returned to us in unused and in the condition you received it in with all tags, stickers & original invoice. Please take adequate precaution to pack the merchandise in the original packing, so that it reaches us undamaged.
In certain cases, Truworth reserves the right to refuse an exchange/refund. These are as mentioned below:
• No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
• In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn't collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.) , then Truworth will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
• Items that are returned to us in a used/soiled/damaged condition.
• Items on sale/discounted items are not eligible for return, replacement or refund.
• No exchange for items that have been customized, altered or modified for a customer.
• Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our store(s) & vice-versa.
• Gift vouchers are not eligible for a return or refund.

Refund Policy: From the date that we receive the item, we will take upto 15 days to process your refund via online transfer to your account or cheque.
Disclaimer: All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, Truworth reserves the final right to decide on whether to exchange, refund or cancel a purchase, on a case to case basis.
