TRUWORTH is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the shortest time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only. Currently, we deliver only in India.

How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 48 hours and gets delivered within 15 business days. We dispatch orders throughout the week except on Sundays & Public Holidays. Our products  comes in the category of Paints & Chemicals, therefore they can't be airlifted by our courier agency and will be transferred through the Surface-Mode, hence will take some extra time.   

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Shipping Charges is Rs.100/- for all the majors cities in India.

How can I track my order?

Upon receiving your payment, you will receive an email regarding your order status. Upon dispatch of your purchase, we will mail you details regarding the courier service provider and the tracking number. This tracking/AWB/consignment number can be used to track the progress of your parcel on the courier service provider’s website. What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

When do we deliver?

Currently, we have tied up with FedEx for all our deliveries. All deliveries would take place between 10 AM- 7 PM, Mon-Sat (excluding public holidays).

Are my products insured?

TRUWORTH insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by TRUWORTH and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

How can I Pay for my purchase?

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.

Can I pay via Cash on Delivery?

No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery.
